Participate in the IESI Mapping Survey 2015 on ICT-enabled social innovation

09/07/2015

The European Commission’s Joint Research Centre – Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (JRC-IPTS) and DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion are looking for cases on ICT-enabled social innovation in the framework of their research project on “ICT-enabled Social Innovation in Support to the Social Investment Package” (IESI).

Thus, if you are running or participating in outstanding projects showcasing how the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) combined with social innovation can contribute to modernise European welfare states to provide better and more cost-efficient services for citizens, you are invited to take part in the IESI Mapping Survey 2015 (http://ipts.jrc.ec.europa.eu/iesisurvey/). This survey will be of great help to build the “IESI knowledge Map” (a database of ICT enabled social innovation services and policies across the EU) and to understand how to better sustain and scale these initiatives at EU, national, and regional levels in order to leave behind the crisis and re-ignite inclusive growth in Europe.
